   In these Terms and Conditions, "Fort Road Casino" refers to Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton, a Canadian casino and hotel owned and operated by Century Casinos, Inc. through its Canadian subsidiary. The term "User" or "You" means any individual who uses the services or facilities of Fort Road Casino.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   By using the services or facilities of Fort Road Casino, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services or facilities.

7. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASED CLAIMS
   By using Fort Road Casino's services and facilities, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton against all claims, demands, causes of action, expenses, damages (including attorney fees), and any other liability which may arise out of or in connection with Your actions.

8. USE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
   Fort Road Casino provides various gaming equipment and facilities for the enjoyment of Users. You agree to use these facilities and equipment responsibly and comply with all applicable rules and regulations.

9. DAMAGE OR LOSS TO PROPERTY
   Users are responsible for any damage caused to Fort Road Casino's property, including but not limited to slot machines, table games, furniture, or other fixtures.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    In no event will Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton be liable to You or any third party for any loss or damage (whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise) arising out of or related to Your use of Fort Road Casino's services and facilities.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Fort Road Casino may change these Terms and Conditions at its discretion from time to time without prior notice. Users are expected to regularly review the terms for updates and changes.

12. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to Your use of Fort Road Casino's services and facilities will be resolved through applicable courts in Edmonton, Alberta.
